当前，多数手机起步存储容量为128GB，但实际可选的最大容量普遍能到512GB甚至1TB。事实上，随着高清视频、拍照、社交软件等需求增加， 128GB很难作为主力机来服役了。
爆料人Ahmed Qwaider给出消息称， “手机一哥”三星的S23系列将不再提供128GB容量，起步就是256GB。
不过，S23/S23+均只有8GB RAM，仅S23 Ultra上到12GB RAM，ROM最大1TB。
颜色方面，将提供奶白色、绿色、淡紫色和黑色。
其它配置方面，以S23 Ultra为例，采用三星定制专版骁龙8 Gen2处理器、LPDDR5X+UFS 4.0存储组合，2亿像素主摄+1200万广角+1000万长焦，5000mAh电池（45W快充）。
