1月2日，人社部官网发布了全国各地区最低工资标准情况(截至2023年1月1日)，从月最低工资标准来看，上海月最低工资标准达到2590元，全国居首。
其次是深圳，月最低工资标准达到2360元，第三名是北京，月最低工资标准达到2320元。总体来看，14个地区月最低工资标准达到2000元及以上。
在这之前，国家统计局编著出版的《中国统计年鉴2022》公布了2021年31省份城镇单位就业人员平均工资。数据显示，2021年，全国城镇单位就业人员平均工资保持增长态势，全国城镇非私营单位平均工资首次突破10万元大关。
数据显示，2021年全国城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为106837元，首次突破10万元大关，比上年增加9458元，名义增长9.7%，与2012年的46769元相比，增加超过一倍。
