如何无损地进行操作系统分区及数据文件的完整迁移

源盘是一块 512G 大小的 NVME ，有两个分区
- 引导扇区 EFI
- Win10 系统
备注下这个 Win10 是 bootcamp 实际运行在 rMBP 本子上的 这个 Win10 分区实际占用大概 40 多 G
现在有一个奇怪的需求 将源盘两个扇区及下面所有的文件拷贝到两外一个 256G 的硬盘上
因为源盘和目标盘大小不一样 外加又是 Bootcamp 引导的
不太想从头装 不然又要倒腾一大堆东西 求教各种大佬有没有路子可以快速搞定这个伪需求
