Take the Arnova's Advance 1.7 version which I think a good balance (not too old, not too latest - have Night Sight but don't have Astrophotography).

xiaomifirmwareupdater.com shows me V10.2.2.0.OAAMIXM from 2019-01-25 as the newest firmware? Is that the newest one? Because of the problems with finding the right one I flashed some ROM based on xiaomi.eu 9.10.10 - is that the newer one? Can I flash PE by overwriting current system?

I did an upgrade to the Android 10 version, but it didn't turn out quite right. Now I would like to try and downgrade, do you know if it's possible? Can anyone share the lint to the latest version of this ROM, as I can't find it on the download page (only version 10)?

Can anyone say if banking apps runs on this ROM? I know none runs on Lineage.

So I read some people says Pixel Experience pass safetynet so banking apps runs fine.

Some people say it doesn't..
