Just tested the time out, for me is working. Also my camera does not popnout only when I change it in GCam, so investigate, these problems seems to be from you, not from ROM

Yes sir. Factory reset it and did not restore from a backup. Works perfectly. Thank you so much.

Dirty flash will work. the clean flash is required only to move from 12 to 13.

Yes, at least the difference is noticeable in usual pictures used for preview.

Idk, I was on some OOS, just rebooted phone to bootloader, fastboot flas boot_a/b with the recovery.img of this ROM, rebooted to recovery, selected apply update from adb then adb sideloaded ROM, and that was for me, but if you really want you can easy flash oos the do what I done and should all work, also do not forget to wipe data.
