城中村自己拉的网线被村委剪断了，要怎么处理

兄弟们，前几天我住的地方城中村在毫无前兆的情况下把村里不少网线都剪断了，甚至包括了不少房东拉的网线，后面很多人去问才答复说剪断网线是为了城中村网线规范化拉线的治理，经过两天断网后房东那些网线他们自己重新修理好了，我的是自己拉的宽带，打电话给运营商，他们说派人来处理了，但是村委那边刁难，暂时还没办法恢复网络，恢复进度未知。。有什么方法可以加快网线修复或者投诉村委吗。。没想到在深圳还有这种粗暴的操作。。
