淘宝退货系统出问题了？退货时间也太短了吧

买东西很少退货。这次做淘宝买个网卡，芯片型号和描述不符，根本没法用。
申请退货后卖家一直没有处理，今天邮箱里居然有封淘宝的退货通知邮件
订单编号：。。 退货协议已达成，...，请您在 12 月 22 日前将商品寄回，并在售后详情页填写您的退货信息，逾期未填写退货信息，售后申请将自动撤消，无法再次申请。 点此查看详情
- 淘宝的订单页面依旧显示等待卖家处理。
- 退货时间只有一天（疫情期间能不能找到快递都是个问题）。
- 怀疑是钓鱼邮件，邮件的发送账号，邮件里的链接都是淘宝官方。邮件信息也是准确的。
这是淘宝退货系统出问题了？即使是出问题，只给一天的邮寄时间也太不合理了。
