　　如果你正在考虑购买 Apple Watch，那么应该了解一些关于 GPS 相关的信息。苹果已经确认，即便 iPhone 就在附近，Apple Watch Ultra、Apple Watch Series 8、Apple Watch SE（第 2 代）也不会利用 iPhone 上的 GPS 型号。上述三款 Apple Watch 均内置 GPS，而此前旧型号仍会使用 iPhone 的 GPS 型号。

　　IT之家了解到，苹果官方近日在官方更新日志中写道：

即使你的 iPhone 在附近，Apple Watch Ultra、Apple Watch Series 8 和 Apple Watch SE（第 2 代）也会使用内建的 Apple Watch GPS。为了延长电池续航能力，旧款 Apple Watch 机型会在你的 iPhone 可用时使用 iPhone 上的 GPS。

　　旧款 Apple Watch 机型通过使用 iPhone 上的 GPS 来延长电池续航，而苹果对上述三款新 Apple Watch 有着更强的续航信心。苹果还在 watchOS 9 中引入了低功耗模式，可以在禁用 GPS 和心率数据的情况下延长续航。
