Riot Games 因“声誉受损”寻求终止与 FTX 的赞助关系
据 CryptoSlate 报道，英雄联盟游戏开发商 Riot Games 在 FTX 破产案中提出申请，要求法院“迫使 FTX 拒绝协议”或允许 Riot 终止与 FTX 的战略赞助协议。Riot 称，该协议签署于 2021 年 8 月 21 日，是不可转让的，“因此，根据破产法，FTX 不能承担该协议”。Riot 表示，“由于 FTX 破产申请前的溃败给 Riot 带来了极大的公众声誉影响，已经对 Riot 造成了损害”，它正在寻求结束与 FTX 的赞助关系。此外，由于违反了道德条款，Riot 宣布其拥有终止协议的独立权利。Riot 还指出，由于其与 FTX 的持续联系，它面临重大的非货币和货币损失。
