安踏体育据悉考虑将旗下亚玛芬IPO

据彭博援引知情人士报道，安踏体育考虑将旗下芬兰体育用品公司亚玛芬体育（AmerSports）首次公开募股。知情人士称，安踏和联合投资者正与投资银行初步磋商 IPO 事项，这笔交易可能筹集约 10 亿美元或以上。包括私募股权公司方源资本在内的投资者考虑其最早明年上市，不过最终发行规模和上市地点尚未确定，安踏和合作伙伴也可能决定不推进上市。

亚玛芬体育旗下的品牌包括网球拍品牌威尔胜（Wilson）、户外品牌始祖鸟（Arc’teryx）、奥地利滑雪品牌阿托米克（Atomic）、滑雪靴品牌萨洛蒙（Salomon）等。
