近日，山西晋城网友称，其8900元新买的一台笔记本存有大量婚纱照、合同等他人资料，质疑非新机。
随后，该地监管机构介入了此事，而商家也曾回应该网友，承认系为了完成销售任务提前激活过笔记本。
新买笔记本存他人资料市监所介入后。12月1日，网友称，已与商家达成和解，笔记本不退，商家赔偿5000元。
