据 36 氪报道，网易区块链事业部总经理顾费勇在 36 氪 WISE 2022 新经济之王 - 破局 2023・中国资本市场财经峰会上发言表示，WEB3.0 的本质是开放协作、保护用户隐私，而并非去中心化。当前中国联盟链的性能实施、落地场景完全不亚于公有链，达到既可以满足监管要求、又可以实现 WEB3.0 能力的情况。此外，在 WEB3.0 时代下，数据底层基座与应用能够实现相互分离，企业不需要烧钱买用户，而是可以专注于产品和业务，从而很好地改善创业环境。
