Macbook air 有必要上 16G 吗？

想问一下各位用 16G 的朋友，大家的使用场景下 16G 够用吗还是过剩了？纠结于 8+512 和 16+256 ，后者贵一些但是没有贵太多，但是前者是 8+8 ，不过看数据影响不太大。
最近想入一台 m1 的 air ，可是并没有用过 macbook 作为主力机。
· 目前 Windows 电脑是 8G 的，日常大概用到 7 个以内，基本就是 Chrome ，zotero ，notion ，word 写写论文（半文科生），偶尔写写 Python 处理论文数据，其他暂时没有太吃内存的需求
· 未来可能想学点深一些的编程内容不过暂时还没想好，大概率是 Python 相关的因为只学过这玩意哈哈哈哈
所以想问一下各位 16G 都是在什么场景下用的，谢谢各位！

谢谢大家，明确了，16+256 ，我没想到槽点最大的竟然是 zotero 和 notion ，因为在 Windows 上这俩卡顿情况不太明显我就没在意，刚才看了看，这俩内存占用确实大。感谢感谢
