I’m very proud to present a product our team has been working on for quite some time!
Our goal was to make online communication as simple as possible, especially for ecommerce. And by simple, we understand simple from both sides – website owners and visitors. Therefore, it’s not only intuitive for the customer but also easy to implement.
This free tool currently has three features essential to great customer service.
Contact form – simply speaking, it allows a visitor to leave a message to the store’s support. All they have to do is enter their name and email address, ask a question, click send, and the message will land in your inbox.
Product Cards – an easy way to showcase your products! You only need to paste a link to your product, and the card will be created automatically. The customers will never miss your limited-time deals, promotions, and bestsellers, as they will be displayed in an eye-catching way.
FAQ template – especially in the Holiday Season, repetitive questions are one the things that bothers support the most. Whether it’s delivery times, your contact info, or shipping information, OpenWidget will present the most requested info in an accessible manner.
