There are more shakeups happening among Twitter’s top executives. Yoel Roth, Twitter’s head of trust and safety, is out, and Robin Wheeler, the head of ad sales, reportedly resigned before being convinced by CEO Elon Musk to stay. The news was initially reported by Platformer’s Zoe Schiffer and Casey Newton, and was confirmed to The Verge’s Alex Heath by two people familiar with the matter. The two executives resigned, according to Bloomberg’s Kurt Wagner, who later reported Wheeler’s change in plans.

Both leaders had taken public-facing roles in these still-early days of Elon Musk’s Twitter ownership. Roth has repeatedly posted on Twitter to try and assuage user fears about falling moderation under Musk’s regime and despite the company’s recent mass layoffs.

Wheeler directed a Twitter Space meeting this week with Musk to try and calm advertisers concerned about the future of the platform. After news of her resignation broke, she tweeted “I’m still here,” but didn’t reply to comments asking for clarification on what she meant. Kurt Wagner tweeted “Plot twist! I’m told while Wheeler did indeed resign earlier today, Elon convinced her to stay.” Casey Newton corroborated the claim.

Roth has updated his bio to read “Former Head of Trust & Safety at Twitter,” which indicates that he won’t also be staying.

Many advertisers have already left Twitter, and while Musk is trying to turn Twitter into a subscription business, he told employees in a staff meeting on Thursday that “bankruptcy isn’t out of the question,” Schiffer reported.

Wheeler is just the latest exec to leave as Elon continues to put his stamp on the social media platform. Shortly after taking over the company near the end of October, Musk ousted former CEO Parag Agrawal, former CFO Neg Segal, former policy chief Vijaya Gadde, and general counsel Sean Edgett. Chief privacy officer Damien Kieran, chief information security officer Lea Kissner, and chief compliance officer Marianne Fogarty all resigned as well. The former SVP of finance resigned on Wednesday.

Twitter didn’t immediately reply to a request for comment. The company no longer has a communications department.

Update November 10th, 10:20PM ET: Updated to reflect that Robin Wheeler has reportedly changed her plans to resign.
