MacBook 16 寸 2019 显卡内存长期飙高，有优化方案吗

各位老哥，
我有一台 MacBook 2019 16-inch 本子，系统是最新的 13.0 (22A380)，现在的一个问题是，最近感觉连接一台 4k 显示器用一会儿就非常卡了，用 istat 看了下，显卡（ 5300M ）长时间内存拉满，如果不连接显示器，我发现显卡内存占用也是长期处于高位，可以给些优化建议么。
下面是不外接显示器的时候，istat 展示的显卡情况：
ps: 由于是刚开机，所以显示指标是从 9 点多开始的，可以看到刚启动就飙高了。
- CPU: 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
- GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB + Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
- MEM：16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
还是说纯粹是是厨子刀法好，逼着你用 M 系列了哈哈。
