今年年初，曾有消息指出Intel将推出SDSi功能，允许用户付费解锁CPU的额外功能与性能。
近日，Intel发布了与Linux 5.18合并的SDSi补丁， 介绍了该功能包括正式名称在内的更多细节。
目前看来， SDSi正式名称为“Intel On Demand”。
该功能可以访问Intel第四代至强可扩展处理器Sapphire Rapids中的多种加速技术接口，并允许激活有效负载许可证的芯片功能。
