日本半导体复兴 最快2025年搞定2nm工艺

在全球先进半导体工艺中，台积电、三星都有2nm工艺计划，美国也能靠Intel实现2nm及以下的工艺，日本作为曾经的半导体第一已经没有了先进工艺生产能力，这也是他们要努力补上的，现在要联手美国实现目标。
今年上半年就有日本要联合美国研发2nm工艺的消息，现在终于确定下来了，日本政府将拨款3500亿日元（约合171亿人民币）与美国合作建设先进半导体研发中心。
按照计划，这个先进研发中心最快今年底成立，
日美双方会成立合资公司，目标是在2025年到2030年之间实现2nm芯片量产。
由于日本本身并没有2nm工艺这样的研发能力，因此技术上还要靠美国公司，最可能的合作对象之一是IBM。
