SiFive发布两款5nm RISC-V架构CPU：单位性能反超ARM

本周，专注于RISC-V架构芯片设计的SiFive公司发布两款新品，分别是600系列的P670和400系列的P470。
它们的共同点是均采用5nm工艺制造，新增虚拟化IO技术和矢量加密扩展（RISC-V首发），目标是面向新一代可穿戴和智能手机。
其中P670是性能取向，用以取代P650，最多16核，主频最高3.4GHz。
实际上，P650当时对标的是ARM Cortex-A77，现在SiFive的说法是，P670芯片单位面积的性能可以反超ARM。
