iMac Pro 屏幕老化导致的残留，如何最大限度缓解屏幕残留？

用了快三年了，期间 AC 快过保时，看不出来屏幕有啥问题，只有边缘有一点点红，这没办法自证屏幕影响到我使用。
现在才发现菜单一栏由于长时间高对比度的情况下，切换最大化就有残留影子。虽然过几分钟就会消失。
已经过保了（当时还想续保，找不到国行可以续保）；为了这换上 4000 up 屏幕，我还不如考虑换 Ultra 算了。
所以我想问，如何最大化缓解屏幕老化或残留？担心再用两三年，屏幕全是残留。
