目前，“Steam”已然成为PC游戏的代名词，各种厂商的大小作品都会登陆Steam，也有许多免费游戏可以下载，无论是从手机、主机移植的作品，还是原生PC版大作、独立游戏，Steam可谓是数字游戏的天堂。
据Steam统计数据，
10月23日晚Steam平台在线玩家数突破3000万大关，达30013151，创造新的历史记录。
最热销的三款分别为《CS：GO》《使命召唤19》《绝地求生》《女神异闻录5：皇家版》，热门游戏第一同样是《CS：GO》，其次是《Dota2》《绝地求生》《Apex英雄》《失落的方舟》。
据了解，《CS：GO》是V社推出的多人竞技FPS游戏，自2012年推出至今一直热度不减。时隔十年，这款游戏仍有百万日活玩家。
