咖啡磨豆机请教

最近看了一下磨豆机，感觉有点儿玄学了。从我的理解 结构和研磨器件材料上会有少量区别，但是不至于形成壁垒那种。
- 豆子的硬度对于刀头的硬度的要求不会那么高。
- 刀头的结构这玩意儿有专利保护吗？不然另外的厂商很容易 copy
- 磨粉精确度加一个重量传感器也没那么不可达到。
那么贵到几万的磨豆器到底是为啥呢？我能想到的只有情怀了。
