    I have a question, I currently have the firmware 12.5.8.0 android 11 and PE + from 10/10/2021 is installed on it, I would like to switch to android 12 and install PE + from 20/09/2022. Which MIUI do you recommend for android 12. Latest 13.0.8.0 or maybe some earlier ones?

    Wait for Android 13, its gonna release in a few days - but the latest will work fine

    Do i need to flash the latest firmware every time a new pe version gets published?

    Cant install any recovery nie in fastboot
    What is the problem?

    You should flash the image not the zip.
    Open the Orange fox zip, extract the recovery.img into platform tools folder and use "fastboot boot recovery.img" command once booted, head to the hamburger menu, expand it and select reflash current orange fox, reboot into recovery to confirm
