据央视新闻报道称，我国全面禁止洋垃圾进口，目前已实现固体废物零进口。
报道中提到，2021年，全国地级及以上城市PM2.5的平均浓度比2015年下降了34.8%，空气优良天数比例达87.5%，地表水I-III类水断面比例达84.9%，劣V类水体比例下降到1.2%，土壤风险有效管控，全面禁止洋垃圾进口，实现固体废物零进口目标。
此外，还应该注意的是，对于那些爱淘进口CPU的用户来说，接下来也不会在看到类似的产品了。
根据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》第115条规定，违反本法规定，将中华人民共和国境外的固体废物输入境内的，由海关责令退运该固体废物，处五十万元以上五百万元以下的罚款。承运人对前款规定的固体废物的退运、处置，与进口者承担连带责任。
