Congratulations on the launch guys! 🚀
I really rate your use of Pareto's Principle to help teams prioritise technical issues, absolutely brilliant!
I also love how the impact of an issue is calculated and communicated using the impact on the user 👌
@n_russell Thanks so much Nick! So glad you're able to see the value! Understanding issues through the lens of the user makes it way easier to prioritize issues and build more efficiently! What's your team do today to see this impact?
@akoratana 100%! We're still small enough today that we speak with each of our customers each week and gather any issues or feature ideas directly from calls / via Slack. Will keep you guys in mind for when we scale for sure!
@n_russell Totally understand! Highly recommend checking out our shareable devtools when you get a chance! https://docs.playerzero.app/docs... they've been super valuable, especially for small teams and we're actually offering them for free until 2024!
This looks powerful and the name is great. Congrats on the PH launch guys.
Haha thank you @abhishek1846 ! Glad you like the name! Would love to show you just how powerful PlayerZero can really be - do you have a plan for how you want to instrument it?
@akoratana We're currently in the very early days of our product. Would definitely discuss this with my tech co-founder. I was able to connect the strength of this platform to situations I had seen when I was working at another company.
Totally understand @abhishek1846 something we've found to be super useful for early stage teams is our shareable DevTools! It's actually free until 2024 - here's a link to some documentation on how it works: https://docs.playerzero.app/docs...
@akoratana Thanks for the tip. This is interesting, will see if we should use this right now.
Having spent much of my career in sales and customer success, it’s always been difficult to distill what customers say, relay it to product, and convince them to prioritize a fix. No one has the time to go back and forth with customers to dig into issues and this can lead to customers losing confidence in your products. I love this amazing tool PlayerZero has built, I can clearly see the impact it will have across an entire organization! Keep up the great work!
@victoria_rische We love the customer success use case with PlayerZero! I'm curious, how big is your team? We've seen a lot of added value when it comes to communication both with your users but also across your team.
@victoria_rische love to hear it! This is a use case we run into all the time and it's a big part of the reason we built PlayerZero! Arming non-technical folks with the context they need to advocate for the issues that matter is super crucial to maintaining efficiency in cross-functional teams
@matt_kasner Ive worked on teams of all sizes, most recently I lead a small Customer Success team servicing a couple hundred enterprises. We looked to implement time saving tools that could be adopted across the organization without friction (easier said than done!)
@akoratana could not agree more. Sometimes I felt like our engineering team thought I should be able to troubleshoot a new issue on the fly without engineering support. There was always critical information I was missing because I wasn't asking the right questions. On top of that, product expects data to back up the prioritization of fixes but I was often blind to how widespread any reported issue actually was unless it was reported by multiple customers.
So incredibly proud to be a part of this team! PlayerZero is genuinely a transformative product and one that I'm sure a lot of people are going to get a tremendous amount of value out of!
