动点出海获悉，新加坡工业视觉检测初创公司 SixSense 于近日宣布，已经完成了一笔由 Tin Men Capital 领投的 260 万美元的 A 轮融资。
作为这笔新融资的用途，SixSense 表示，将会进一步加强公司在研发、获客以及销售方面的团队建设。
SixSense 成立于 2018 年，主要通过其基于人工智能技术的视觉分类检测软件平台帮助半导体厂商在进行大规模制造环节时自动检测产品的产品缺陷。而作为其人工智能技术的另一种体现，除了缺陷识别，SixSense 的软件平台也能够向工程师 “解释” 这些缺陷的出现原因，并同时对未来可能继续出现的异常问题做出预测。
目前，据 SixSense 介绍，其技术方案已被欧、美、东南亚等地的多家跨国半导体制造巨头所采用，每年扫描的产品达数百万种。
