尽管飞机算是相对安全的交通出行工具，但很现实的一点在于，一旦发生事故，那么存活概率比较低。
据媒体报道，来自美国的23岁姑娘Viktoria Theresie Izabelle Ljungman是一名飞行教练。10月6日这天，她带两名学员学习驾驶。
然而，因为一名学生在空中推拉角度过大，导致发动机空中熄火，飞机从约31米高空坠落到阴沟里，女教练不幸身亡。
所幸的是，两名学员18岁学员，尽管伤势严重，但最终没有生命危险。
