Adguard Home 通过屏蔽 DNS 解析来实现广告过滤，但是对 HTTPS 内的广告并无法屏蔽 、同时也包括 App 内的信息流广告、电视盒子的广告。能够过滤的主要就是一些广告联盟的广告。
会用 Adguard Home 的人 ，无论 chrome 浏览器，还是手机 safari 也都会安装了广告屏蔽扩展。这样上游的 DNS 广告屏蔽是不是又显得有些多余？
