请教生活经验丰富的各位老哥，运动鞋，网面老是顶破怎么办？

平时喜欢穿运动鞋，但是小拇指处的网面经常被顶破，一双运动鞋长则 5 个月，短则 2 个月，扔了感觉怪可惜的。
请教各位老哥，有没有好的办法，能解决这个问题？
或者有推荐的便宜耐穿的鞋子也行。
