《科创板日报》10日讯，据9to5mac报道，苹果明年下半年推出iPhone 15系列，顶配版搭载苹果A17仿生芯片，这颗芯片采用3nm工艺，由台积电代工。报道指出，目前唯一能与台积电在先进技术上竞争的是三星电子，然而三星在3nm工艺制程上落后台积电，三星第二代3nm工艺最快要到2024年，因此苹果A17将由台积电代工。
