- 在阿里云上购买了一个域名之后，发现 DNS 解析异常，联系阿里云客服，然而给予的回复如下：
核实您域名 xxxxx 云解析 DNS 服务器解析正确，但在域名正常解析过程中受到上级网络设施强行阻断，已超出阿里云控制范围，建议您为业务更换域名。
- 我申请了退款，但是申请也不通过，理由如下
域名是注册局开放的，通过平台注册的，域名是及时产品的，正常是无法退款的.
- 如果域名有敏感词，那么为什么还能在阿里云上购买注册成功呢？
