徐直军：华为要在极端环境下活下来 持续投入研究解决生存的各种问题

日前，华为心声社区公开了轮值董事长徐直军于9月26日在STW 2022开幕式上的讲话，题为《 粘接世界智慧，开创未来 》。
在讲话中， 徐直军指出，华为要在极端的环境下活下来，有发展，有未来，这就需要坚持基础研究不动摇，坚持开放创新不动摇。
他表示，过去10年，华为累计研发投入8450亿RMB，每年在基础研究上的投入超过200亿RMB，面对未来的发展与挑战，我们设立了86个基础技术实验室，并团结全球高校成立了172个联合实验室、联合创新实验室，共同在基础技术上开展研究， 在重大难题上聚焦创新突破，解决生存面临的各种问题。
徐直军认为我们取得了很多的进展，但仍面临着巨大的挑战，包括几方面：
