NVIDIA上周正式发布了RTX 40显卡，其中首发的两款分别为RTX 4090和RTX 4080，而发布会中NVIDIA宣称RTX 4090的TDP为450W，所以目前的整机功率推算，建议电源功率至少为850W，而RTX 4080（16GB）则只有320W，推荐电源750W，12GB版本更是只需要700W。
虽然RTX 40系的电源要求相较上代确实存在一定的提升，但幅度并没有传言中那么恐怖，NVIDIA方面表示只要电源满足最低功率要求，就可以继续使用当前的电源线官方也强调，适配器能够告诉GPU是否插入了三个或四个8针连接器。如果检测到四个（总共 600W），它可以让卡为超频解锁更多的功率余量。
