360公告：退出投资Opera浏览器 拟出售欧朋股权

9月23日晚间消息，360发布公告称，全资子公司Qifei拟将其持有的参股公司Opera Limited(欧朋浏览器)4675万股股票(约占欧朋浏览器总股份的20.3%)以5.5美元/ADS的价格由欧朋浏览器进行回购，交易总价格为1.29亿美元。
本次交易完成后，公司将不再持有欧朋浏览器股权。
360称，公司于2016年11月以1.58亿美元的价格通过参股的方式获得欧朋浏览器的27.5%股权，经过多轮股权激励股份登记、增发、公开发售证券、回购股份后，截至2022年6月30日，公司持有欧朋浏览器约20.30%股权。
截至本公告日， 欧朋浏览器股权的账面价值约为2.01亿美元，与出售价格的差额约为7200万美元。
