All-in-one personal productivity app to level up your life

Who would have thought that your next productivity tool is being bootstrapped in Havana, Cuba? :) While there are certainly lots of excellent company productivity tools out there, those are built primarily for the companies to help them get the most out of their employees and not built for the employees to get the most of their lives. For example in company tools it is often way too complicated to add quick tasks like "Call Peter" or making scrappy meeting notes because the company (i.e. your boss) wants to have lots of additional tags, deadlines etc. Also if you use company tools you don't control your own data - your company does and when you move on all your stuff is gone. As a result around we estimate that today around 50% of all work done is actually not captured in the official company productivity tools but people often use their own hand-crafted mixture of tools - i.e. sending emails to themselves, Apple Reminders, Apple Notes, Post-Its or god beware: just remembering it in their head ;)

We believe there is a better way to do this. The existing company productivity tools should be complemented with an all-in-one personal productivity tool - nicely connected with each other.
