鸿海子公司拟斥资7500万美元与Stellantis合资成立新公司
9月23日晚间，鸿海公告，与Stellantis将合资设立新公司，交易总金额为7500万美元。鸿海表示，于合资完成后，子公司Foxconn Holdings BV与Stellantis N.V。将各持有新设合资公司50%股权。鸿海指出，此为长期投资。
据台湾《经济日报》消息，鸿海集团2021年已宣布与Stellantis合作，本次为进一步合资设立新公司，让双方结盟更为紧密。此外，鸿海集团旗下FIH此前已宣布与Stellantis成立合资公司，打造智慧座舱解决方案。
