Generally speaking, prices will start to fall from as early as late October. However, the best offers tend to be concentrated around the week prior to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with potential flash sales and one-day-only deals.
In practical terms, this could mean that a Roomba robot vacuum you've had your eye on will receive a price cut weeks before Black Friday, followed by an additional price reduction closer to the big day. In some cases, a product may be reduced on Black Friday, and then retain its low sales price throughout the weekend and into Cyber Monday – both are fairly common occurrences.

These factors will let you know how long the robot vacuum can last on one charge, and how much dirt it can pick up before being emptied.
