充电头网拆解总结

 图拉斯小冰块30W氮化镓充电器体积小巧,外观圆润,半透明的双层外观设计,也为充电器增添了更多卖点。充电器支持20V输出,能够为笔记本和苹果大杯手机快充充电,减少充电等待时间,小体积的设计更加便于携带。 

充电器基于图拉斯自研Tora-Ice降温系统设计,充电头网通过拆解了解到,其内部使用了石墨烯贴纸、硅脂等散热材料,加上ABC散热结构设计,并将整流桥与电源芯片分别焊接在不同的小板上,让散热速度加倍。冰感外壳上采用低温胶料,进一笔提升散热效果,让充电器实现低温充电。 

充电器内置PI高集成氮化镓主控芯片INN3378C,降额使用温升更低。协议芯片采用英集芯IP2723T,已通过协会认证,兼容性好。同步整流管和VBUS开关管均来自威兆半导体,整体的设计和用料都很不错。
