今年的iPhone 14、iPhone 14 Plus不仅外观设计与iPhone 13一样，就连性能也几乎相同，两款机型均搭载了去年满血A15芯片，而iPhone 14 Pro、iPhone 14 Pro Max则升级到了A16芯片。
今日，业内人士“手机晶片达人”发文称，iPhone 14为什么有2款沿用旧的处理器，
除了安卓手机太弱之外，苹果的策略之一就是降低成本。
他提到了苹果Studio Display显示器，Studio Display搭载了iPhone 11系列同款A13芯片，他指出，Studio Display的A13不是正常的A13处理器， 是在后段测试分bin打下来的A13（不是bin1），性能比较差，如果没有Studio Display，这些non bin1的A13最后就是直接报废。
据悉，苹果在去年的A15芯片阉割出多个版本，iPhone 13搭载的“残血版”A15也就比iPhone 13 Pro的“满血版”A15少了一颗GPU核心，图形处理性能略有不足。
