迪士尼CEO鲍勃·查佩克：Disney+未来可能合并Hulu
据《好莱坞报道》9月14日消息，迪士尼首席执行官鲍勃·查佩克（Bob Chapek）在本周三的高盛2022年通信与技术会议上表示，在公司从康卡斯特手中买下流媒体平台Hulu剩余的股权后，他有兴趣将Hulu合并到Disney+中。此外，查佩克还希望康卡斯特能提供“合理条款”，让迪士尼提前完成收购目标，实现对Hulu的100%控股。
据悉，迪士尼和康卡斯特两家公司曾于2019年5月15日共同宣布，迪士尼将从康卡斯特手中获得对流媒体平台Hulu的“全面运营控制权”。与此同时，康卡斯特还可以执行一项选择权，即在2024年以至少275亿美元的估值将其持有的Hulu33%的股份出售给迪士尼，即使Hulu届时的估值要低于该价格。
