ssh 偶尔连接不上的问题

我在 pc 上面使用 ssh 连接一台远程主机的时候，偶尔会出现连接不上的情况，一直卡住直到超时
神奇的是，我打开手机热点，然后在电脑上重新执行 ssh 命令，大概率会连接上（注意我只是打开的手机热点，电脑并没有去连接热点），有时候也不行
背景：我是住的自如的合租，有个室友邻居也在用这个路由器。
有人遇到过这种情况吗？我不知道怎么调试，网上搜查看日志，也只能搜到如何查看 sshd 的日志
