网上买的联通卡，说好的 200 分钟通话，却没有，客服说月底才能添加？

- 网上买的一张联通卡，快递员现场开的卡。
- 淘宝页面写的是：原套餐 24 元 5g 通用流量+200 通话，再叠加一个 流量包 5 元 99g
- 开完卡打完 10010 客服电话，发现原套餐是 29 元：1g 全国流量，没有任何通话。外加赠送了 24 个月的 100g 全国流量包。
淘宝客服说，在月底时候，看能不能给我添加上 200 分钟通话，但不能保证能添加上去。
想问下各位，这种都是月底才能添加上的吗？这种叠加的通话时长能在开卡后 添加上吗？
