台积电竹科2纳米厂进展：开始进行整地作业

台湾“中央社”9月6日消息，台积电竹科2纳米厂有新进展。新竹科学园区管理局今天召开记者会，管理局局长王永壮表示，宝山二期扩建计划进展顺利，已展开公共设施建设，台积电2纳米厂也开始进行整地作业。
据了解，台积电规划2纳米制程将于2024年进行风险性试产，于2025年量产。若竹科用地不足，将会在台中扩建2纳米产能。【责任编辑/江小白】
