苹果退出滴滴董事会 曾投资近70亿元

北京时间8月31日消息，苹果公司已经放弃了滴滴出行董事会席位，其代表已经离开滴滴董事会。根据滴滴在8月4日宣布的董事会调整新闻稿，苹果企业发展副总裁阿德里安·佩里察(Adrian Perica)已从滴滴董事会辞职。

佩里察曾是投行高盛的银行家，2009年加入苹果，负责并购和战略投资工作，直接向CEOTim Cook(Tim Cook)汇报工作。2016年，在苹果宣布向滴滴投资10亿美元（约68.92亿人民币）后，佩里察加入了滴滴的董事会。库克当时表示，这是一项“伟大的财务投资”。
滴滴尚未置评。苹果不予置评。
