对于那些购买iPhone 12、12 Pro的用户来说，苹果给你们的质保延期了，因为质量问题。
从官方的显示来看，适用于“无声音”问题的iPhone 12和iPhone 12 Pro服务计划延长1年时间。该服务于2021年8月上线，最初覆盖范围是设备购买日2年后，现在苹果将这个服务周期延长到3年。
苹果方面已经确认，由于iPhone 12和iPhone 12 Pro听筒模块上的某个组件可能会发生故障，极少数的iPhone 12和iPhone 12 Pro设备可能会出现声音问题。
受影响设备的生产日期为2020年10月至2021年4月之间。如果你的iPhone 12或iPhone 12 Pro在拨打或接听电话时听筒发不出声音，则您的设备可能符合服务条件。
