近日，上海正式宣布将发放10亿元的电子消费券，将分三轮发放给消费者。
据微信派官方消息， 从今天开始到8月22日24:00，上海将开启发放第一轮2亿元“爱购上海”电子消费券的报名， 消费者可以进入 微信小程序 领取。
此外还能通过云闪付、支付宝报名，在各平台App内搜索“上海电子消费券”就行。
这次采取“在线报名、摇号中签”的方式发放，中签的用户每人获得价值100元的消费券包，包含1张“满100减50元券”、2张“满50减25元券”。
所有在上海、年满18周岁的用户就可报名参与。
