该公司在声明中表示：百度网盘的安全性、隐私性获得 ISO/IEC27001（信息安全管理体系）、ISO/IEC27018（个人可识别信息信息安全管理体系）和 ISO/IEC27701（隐私信息管理体系）三项安全认证证书，在技术和产品等任何层面，均不存在 “人工审核用户照片” 的情况。
