Win11升级天气小部件：终于放弃IP定位

在此前的版本中，微软为Win11加入了天气小部件，能够在任务栏实时显示用户所在地的天气状态。
但有用户发现， 这个天气小部件是通过IP进行定位，而不是和天气应用一样采用GPS定位，这直接导致了天气小部件的气温显示存在误差。
小部件将位置错误定到了中原区
现在，微软终于意识到了这一问题，并准备逐步放弃IP定位。
根据Winodws工程团队的Jen Gentleman的说法，
微软已经做了一些工作来改进天气小部件的显示问题，并计划修复其位置检测方面存在的问题。
