前几年的VR/AR火过一段时间后，这两年又以元宇宙的名义卷土重来，国内很多互联网及科技公司纷纷投身元宇宙行业，人才也成为关键，各大公司抢人基本上是三倍工资起步，高级人才年薪500万毫不稀奇。
据一家正在大规模招聘元宇宙人才的游戏公司透露，最近行业需求旺盛，员工流失也很严重，想挖墙脚的公司都是开除了三倍起步的薪水。
在最为关注的薪酬方面，业内人士的消息称，普遍应届生能达到40万-50万元左右，10年经验的资深工程师薪资约为100万-200万元，
对于特别优秀的人才，开出400万-500万元的高薪都不稀奇。
前不久不惜将公司名改为Meta的原FB公司委托咨询公司Analysis Group发布了元宇宙白皮书， 指出未来元宇宙相关产业的市场规模将达到80万亿美元 ，相当于31个苹果公司的市场规模。
