阿里巴巴：自愿转换为于香港联交所双重主要上市 预计年底前完成

昨晚，阿里巴巴在港交所发布公告称， 自愿转换为于香港联交所双重主要上市，且这项申请已获香港联交所确认， 主要转换生效日期预计于2022年底前。
阿里表示，相关流程完成后，阿里巴巴将成为以美国存托股份在纽约证券交易所，同时以普通股在香港联交所双重主要上市的公司。
届时，在美国挂牌的存托股与在香港上市的普通股可以互相转换，投资者可继续选择以其中一种形式持有阿里巴巴股份。
阿里巴巴此次香港联交所主板的第二上市地位变更生效日期预计为2022年底前， 于主要转换日期后，阿里巴巴将于香港联交所及纽交所双重主要上市，且股票标记为S将自阿里巴巴于香港联交所的股票简称中删除。
